Who you are dealing with
When you buy from us, your contract is with Rise Development Co Limited, a company registered in the UK, trading as Systems for Tradies.

Using this site, or buying anything on it, means you accept these terms.
What you are buying
The Owner Operating System
The Owner Operating System is a coaching programme with a platform behind it. Two clocks run at once:
- Six months of coaching - weekly group calls (hurdle clearing plus a masterclass) and a fortnightly 1:1 with Jordan.
- Twelve months of platform access - the community and the resource library for your level. Platform access runs six months past the coaching.
It is sold in pounds sterling. The price you are quoted at the point of sale is the price that applies, and it includes VAT where VAT applies.
You are placed at one of three levels - Foundation, Execution or Optimisation - based on where the business actually is. That placement sets which part of the library you get.
The library, and who owns it
The guides, spreadsheets, templates, call recordings and frameworks - including The Trade Freedom Path™ - belong to Rise Development Co Limited. You do not buy them. You get a licence to use them.
That licence is:
- Personal to you and your business. Use them inside your own trade business as much as you like.
- Non-transferable. You cannot sell, share, publish, resell or hand them to another business.
- Not a training licence. You cannot teach our material as your own, or run it as a course.
- For as long as your access runs. Files you have downloaded are yours to keep using in your own business.
Break the licence and we can end your access without a refund.
Paying
Payments are taken by Stripe. You can pay in full up front, or on a payment plan where one is offered.
Where a payment plan is offered, the number of instalments, the amount of each and the dates they are taken are set out in writing before you buy, and those terms form part of this agreement.
- Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where it applies.
- If a payment fails we will contact you. Access can be paused until the account is up to date.
- Missing an instalment does not cancel what you owe for the rest of the term.
The guarantee
Complete the 90 days and if you haven't got 15 hours a week back, support continues free until you do.
The promise it sits behind is this: reclaim 15 hours a week within 90 days.
There is one condition, and it is the obvious one. You have to complete the 90 days. That means:
- Attending the calls, or watching the replay and coming back with the work done.
- Doing the six steps in order - Calendar, Numbers, Audit, Compare, Pull the lever, Grow.
- Actually filling in the numbers work. We cannot tell you where the time is going if you never write it down.
Do that, and if you have not got 15 hours a week back at the end of it, support carries on free until you do. Full refund terms are on the Returns & Refunds page.
Using the community
The community is there so members can get unstuck between calls. Keep it that way:
- Do not pitch, sell or recruit other members.
- Do not copy other members' numbers, jobs or posts out of the group.
- One login per member. It is not a shared account.
- No abuse, no harassment, no dumping on people.
- What members share about their business stays in the group.
We can remove a member who breaks these rules. Serious breaches end access without a refund.
What we are not promising
We give you a system and hold you to it. We cannot run your business for you.
- Nothing on this site is a guarantee of income, growth or profit. Results depend on your trade, your market, your staff and whether you do the work.
- We are not accountants, solicitors or tax advisers. The numbers work helps you understand your own figures - it is not regulated financial, legal or tax advice. Take proper advice before any decision that needs it.
- Where we name a third-party tool, we are not responsible for that tool or its pricing.
Limitation of liability
Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud - the law does not allow it and we would not try.
Beyond that, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost business, lost contracts or lost data.
Ending the agreement
You can stop attending at any time. That does not cancel instalments already owed. See the Returns & Refunds page for when money comes back.
We can end access if you break the licence or the community rules, or if payment stays unpaid after we have chased it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
Changes and contact
If we change these terms we will change the date at the top. Changes do not affect a purchase already made.
